ORDER PROCESSING
All of our products are made to order. Your order will be made and shipped from our facility within 3-7 business days. The order receipt date is not included in the processing time.
SHIPPING POLICY
We use Canada Post and USPS. We also use USPS to ship First Class.
Our shipping times vary based on your location,
Canada 5-10 business days
U.S.A. 4-7 business days
U.K. 6-12 business days
France 6-12 business days
These times are estimates , not guaranteed.
If you need your items quicker please contact us so we can make arrangements for you.
We provide tracking numbers for every order,
We do not ship on holidays and weekends,
We DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY and to Military Addresses,
Please make sure the address listed on your order is correct. If the address you provide is incorrect and your package has shipped you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
We are NOT responsible for any customs fees.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to customer care and your satisfaction with our products . Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot re-stock items after they leave our facility since we cannot guarantee that they have not been tampered with.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to our facility as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for a solution and address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 7 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order NOT including shipping. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
When your order arrives, please inspect it. In the event that damage has occurred to the products in your shipment, please contact us within 48 HOURS. Simply click the Contact Us button below and provide your name, order number and question. We will be happy to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping have been designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
